FTWM's...where are your kids in the morning and after school?

so we got custody of DH's 2 boys last february and were able to enroll them in after care after school from 3-6 and had a friend come over in the morning to take them to the bus.

this is no longer an option. the aftercare program is full.
now we dont know what to do to get them on the bus and what to do with them after school.
i have to leave my house at 7:30'ish and Dh leaves before me. we get home at 5:30'ish.
what do you guys do with your kids?
