When do your kids eat dinner if they don't go to bed until late?
I have the problem with my kids wanting to eat ALL THE TIME. When they get home from school they are starving so I will give them a snack like a yogurt, or fruit, and a string cheese, at 4pm. By 6pm they complain they are starving and I try to hold them off but usually have dinner. Then they complain they are starving by 8pm. They don"t go to bed until 9. Any suggestions. Most of the time they are finishing their dinners too.

I feel your pain because my kids eat all day too.
I keep the bottom drawer in my refrigerator filled with fruit, carrot and celery sticks, grape tomatoes, low fat yogurt and cheese sticks. They know they can eat from there whenever they want. That seems to help. Just knowing they can have a snack is sometimes enough. That said, I do have o replenish the stash at least twice a week!

This is a good idea!
Mine have a snack at 3pm in afterschool, then eat dinner at 6 and are in bed at 8:30. They have been asking for a snack at 8pm as well. I try to make it fruit and cheese. I hate to give them more processed snacks like crackers or cookies. The often have desert (maybe half the week) so on these nights they may not ask for a snack.
