I ordered from them a few days ago, so I'll let you know how it goes!
It is owned by zappos, which has the best customer service ever, so I'm not too concerned.

Zappos is a lot quicker and doesn't charge for returns. I recently had to return some shoes to 6pm.com and it was a pain...had to go to UPS and pay for shipping (no shipping label was included), etc.

I bought my wedding shoes from them (about 2 years ago) cannot comment on shipping time, but the prices couldn't be beat!
