back pain & heartburn

It seems as though as soon as i hit 32 weeks i started to feel uncomfortable...back pain, groin pain, heartburn every night and a constant pressure down there...i dont know if i have to go to the bathroom or not so i'm just always going! LOL

the two things that really bother me is the back pain, its more in the middle to upper back. Any suggestions on how to feel better? I sit for most of the day at work. And the heartburn sucks! i tried milk, small snacks, not eating before bed and still i always wake up around 1 with heartburn...what did or are you taking for it?


i am happy that i only have a few more weeks to go!!!

I don't know about the back pain but for the HB try using a lot of pillows so you're sleeping more upright. I'm getting a husband pillow this week to help that. Tums and milk helped only up to a certain point than I asked to doc to let me take zantac which helped a bit now I'm up to nexium lol. Gotta love my ghi plan!
