5k turkey trot
I know it is a little early, but I am officially halfway through the couch to 5k program. I never thought I could do it and I want to motivate myself to complete this, I am sure the next 4 weeks are going to be difficult for me (since it has taken me 6 weeks to finish the first 4 lol) so I am anticipating Thanksgiving as a great time to have a turkey trot. Any suggestions on a good one? THanks so much!

I know Shoreham has one but that is pretty far from Levittown.

Massapequa Park is the weekend before. There is another one in Massapequa (at John Burns Park) on Thanksgiving Day.

There is one at Nissequogue State Park on Thanksgiving morning. Slight chance I might do it but just did my first 5K this morning so I'm in no frame of mind to decide just yet!
