Silly question
I have my annual checkup with the gyno scheduled for Monday which falls in my 2ww. Is it ok or should I reeschedule?

I would def call the office. Me personally- I would wait. I usually schedule it after AF finishes and before I O.

It's absolutely fine. There's nothing they will do that would/could interfere with implantation.

You get exams while you are PG so nothing they will do will interfere with getting PG.
