Junior High and High School teachers
What is the instructional model used at your school?
I submitted an application for a new school and when I had my interview today (which didn't go as well as I had hoped) the interviewer kept going back to the fact that I didn't have an established instructional model (like the TC model) I clearly wrote that I didn't beleive in ONE instructional model for a school. They seemed to disagree.
Thoughts?

I do a mixture of both, we are moving back towards TC again...but I do a bit of everything.
