Is this normal?

I naturally miscarried at 6 weeks on Sept 14. I did do a round of Cytotec to make sure everything passed. Last week I was getting AF symptoms. Cramping, tired, etc. On Friday when I went to bathroom (TMI coming up) and wiped there was red blood mixed in with a lot of mucus. Same thing the following day. Then nothing. Now it happened again yesterday and this morning when I wiped. Red blood (not brown) with mucus. Should I go to the doctor to see whats going on? Is this the start of the first AF after mc? What is going on with my body?

It sounds like it could be AF. I would wait and see if it gets heavier over the next few days. I MCd the same time and got AF about two weeks ago, and it was a little funky but I kind of expected it might be. It was also heavier than I've had in a very long time, but it was gone in about 4 days, like it just went from heavy to literally nothing. Hang in there
