Needs Christmas Gift ideas for .........

My 13 and 9 year old Ds's !!!!!!!

They realy have not asked for anything this year ..

I am partially blaming my STBDH as he tends to just take them to the stores whenever I'm not around and buys them everything !!!( Now I'mdef not complaining about this as he is the most wonderful man in the world HOWEVER...... ) It's leaving me with NO IDEAS at all !!!

And whenever I ask them what they want they tell me ........ " I don't know " ...

My kids are 7 but they wanted a wii u, and 3ds games.

One also wanted a skate board.

Do they have a ds, or an ipod touch, or a cell phone?

My boys like to read so my mom and dad are getting them a kindle.

My boys only ever think to ASK for video games and electronic gadgets.. and accessories for the same.

I don’t know what your boys already have.. but I know they my older son LOVES his iPod Touch and craves iTunes gift cards for it all the time. Maybe a new case for one if they have it?

Do they have Xbox (that is the NUMBER 1 game system with both my kids). If so.. Black Ops II is the newest craze for all the middle school and older kids. My older son (11) has Xbox Live Membership that I think he might be lost without. They both love Microsoft Points cards too. For computer games they love Minecraft.

Maybe some board games or puzzles? My older kid loves Perplexers by Mindware – they keep his mind occupied and we count it as an educational activity.

My younger guy (9) requested the Zombie Lab candy maker and Polymer sculpting clay. He really likes his ‘squishy body lab’ game/toy (it’s a body part learning thing). He likes the Mindware Mystery Cards (Benjamin’s Mystery Deck).. some of them are HARD.. but it’s a fun activity for everyone in the family actually.

Board games – I mentioned action games in another thread like Bumpershot and Criss Cross.

Do they have good bikes? If not an upgrade, maybe accessories for the bikes? Water bottles, helmets, etc?

Skateboards and skateboard equipment are big hits.

My kids like movies (especially the younger one) – The Avengers is what we got him for Christmas this year. We also got each of them a popcorn bucket and printed coupons for them entitling them to pick the movie or the snacks for Family Movie Night. We did other coupons too.. “Get Out of Jail Free” to be used to escape a punishment, “Mom Does My Chores Today”, “Dad Does My Chores Today”, etc..

Clothes, Pajamas, Slippers.. do they like any special sports team? Maybe a jersey or tickets?
