What sides do you like with ham
So I've totally changed my mind for christmas eve and am probably going with spiral ham. I normally would do traditional stuff liked mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls but I'd like to do something different. Any suggestions?
We will be 10 people and I would like to include some gluten free and maybe dairy free options as well.

With ham I love: Scalloped potatoes, sweet potato casserole, or roasted new potatoes with garlic, parsley & rosemary for the dairy & gluten free guests.

I like mac and cheese with ham. Maybe do a fancy one with white cheddar and use GF pasta?

I think anything goes with ham..you can go traditional like you mentioned. Stuffed mushrooms, twice baked potatoes, mac and cheese, even pasta!

I actually pinned a recipe Hasselback potatoes yesterday. They look delicious. I'm thinking those or some other baked/roasted potatoes, maybe roasted carrots, and green beans with almonds and caramelized onions.
I never realized how popular mac and cheese is with ham but I'd rather stay away from all the dairy even if I used gluten free pasta.
Any other suggestions welcome!

I'm making a spiral ham as well. Thus far, the sides are:
Salad
Brown sugar glazed baby carrots
Stuffed baked potato salad
Baked ziti
Bread stuffing

I'm not a sweet potato fan but they are good too
We are having spiral ham too and my mom requested a potato side dish for me to bring and I decided on this but I am not freezing them and I am adding garlic.
