Anyone waiting till they see the baby to pick a name?
This whole name business is a nightmare and we are revisiting the topic again because the name we finally agreed on I stopped loving.
So now we have 2 choices and DH feels one of the names is for a specific look( if that makes sense) so my compromise was we will pick from the 2 after the baby is here. It makes me feel so unprepared though 
Just wanted to see if it worked out for anyone else ?

Anyone waiting till they see the baby to pick a name?
We kind of did this. We went in having two names, one of which was a clear front runner. Well once I saw DS I knew we had to name him our second choice because he looked exactly like a Ryan to me.

We had several names and not even a top choice. DS was named the day we left the hospital and only really because I went in thinking they wouldn't let me leave without naming the baby. Good thing because they would have. DS might still not have a name. 
Eta: we were team green.

Yes with first child we had a list of names (we were team green). After seeing baby we chose her name.
With baby #2, we're team green again and will have a list of names and will pick after seeing baby

We did this with my son. We couldn't decide between Tyler and AJ (Anthony John) so I said we'd wait until we saw him. He wound up in the NICU and didn't have a name until 5 hours later when I was finally able to go up and see him. He looked like an AJ more than a Tyler so that is what we went with.

We have a few names we like but nothing we LOVE so I think we're just going to wait until we meet this little guy.... maybe something will change before then if not I'm ok with having the official name until he's born.

We did with our first and are doing the same this time. We are team green(both times). We had two girls name that we equally liked and one boys name. We had a girl and took about 24 hours to confirm her name, but we pretty much decided immediately after meeting her. She just looked more like the name we picked. I've never had a second of regret. This time around we have two boys name we like the same and two girls names (with one front runner). IMO it's nice to wait esp if you have a two names you like because you can see them and then decide.

We are waiting until the baby is born and we are team green. For boys we will probably have 2 names and for a girl 3 or 4 names. Partly because I want to wait and see the baby to see info get a feeling one way or another and partly because I really don't want to hear people's dumb comments about the name we pick before the baby is born!!!

We waited for both kids and will wait for this one. With the first, we went with my first choice after seeing her. With my son, none of our top names fit him. We ended up going with DH's suggestion for a girl (Logan). I've never had an ounce of regret, their names are perfectly suited for them!
