If your twins are your first..
When did you start getting rid of outgrown stuff. We aren't opposed to another in a few years and hope it will be only one (going to the dr to be sure there arent 2 eggs while ttc but ID can still happen ) And of course we could have a boy and the pink dresses aren't going to be very useful, but if we had a girl I'd hate to get rid of stuff. I have a bunch of clothes and stuff now and Im sure I'll just keep having more stuff to get rid of.
Are you keeping all of your stuff just in case.

I keep sentimental stuff or stuff that is unique or that I just live but most stuff I donate, I live in an apartment and don't have room plus I think why save it now in the event if maybe in the future I will use it when I know there are people out there who can use it now

Re: If your twins are your first..
I kept everything. EVERYTHING. I knew we would have at least one more (which ended up being sooner then later) so getting rid of perfectly good things didn't make sense to me. We have plenty of storage space in our house so that wasn't an issue.

We have been keeping everything, in the event that there is 1 more. However, as they have been outgrowing certain pieces of equipment I have been trying to donate at least one of them.

I am keeping everything in the attic! I know it will probably look like hoarders: buried alive, but you never know. I have girly girly stuff, and if my next LO or little ones are girls, they'd be hooked up. If there are no more, someone in the fam will be getting some beautiful things!

So Im re-reading this and I start to think of what I have gotten rid of..... nothing, but I would be willing to part with a bath seat. lol. but I can see a use for most other things. even if they go to my moms house.

Re: If your twins are your first..
So far I've kept all the clothing with exception to some seasonal pieces (just my DDs) for my sister in law who is currently pregnant. She also is "borrowing" our swing.
The rest I just tossed into those vacuum seal bags (turned 2 giant bins into just 1, that's progress right?) and will hold on to it till others in my close family need or want them, or until we decide one way or another if we will have a 3rd.
We live in an apartment with limited storage so I'd like to loan out what I can (or store at my parents' house) for the time being as I couldn't fathom needing to buy all these things over again!

Im keeping some of the very sentimental clothes. My friend just had twins so I gave her most of my stuff. I am selling some of my outgrown equipment like my snap and go, co sleeper and soon my cribs on craigslist etc. I have enough stuff to store and everything keeps getting bigger as they do LOL. I am out of room.
If we did get PG again I would probably buy second hand or still want some of it new anyway because stuff gets worn, recalled and newer cooler things come out, plus I love to shop :o)

Re: If your twins are your first..
I have boy/girl twins. I kept all the clothing that was in good shape. I got rid of everything we had double of (kept the most gender neutral stuff) I am pregnant with my surprise #3 now. Glad I kept it. After this baby I am getting rid of EVERYTHING!
