Anyone have a good arms and abs circuit?

One that you either came up with or a link to one? Preferably around the 30 minute range. I'm going to the gym today for the first time since being benched but I can ONLY do upper body under strict orders. I'm not allowed to try spinning or the elliptical until my PT gives the okay.

So I'm looking for some sort of routine to follow that will give me a solid upper body workout. Thoughts?

Hallow Rocks are great for the abs. Tricep pushups are amazing for your arms. You can do them in TABATA style. In fact, you can do all of your ab and arm exercises in TABATA style and that will give you some decent cardio at the same time as an upper body only workout. It isn't really cardio but it will get your heart rate up. It is 8 rounds of work. You do 20 seconds of "work" or movements and then 10 seconds of rest. Repeated 8 times.

When I go constantly, Bikram Yoga is a great work out for this.
