I wanted to try it incorporate more lentils/fiber in my diet. I found this recipe and it was really good. I saw some other recipes had carrots so I added some diced carrots. I browned the onions first. Other then that I followed the recipe. I think it needs at least 30 minutes, maybe 45. I also think either double the turkey or half the lentils unless you want LENTILS! I served with some shredded here's and sour cream.
