Re: What else for Super Bowl?
Sounds yummy! Maybe a crockpot of chili with some fixins or a crockpot of pulled pork? Both go great with rice and cornbread.

Maybe lasagna. I've noticed it's always a hit. Plus, it's super easy.

Chili would go well with the cornbread. Good idea! And I can make it in the crockpot so I don't have to worry about it with company.

i would add veggies and dip... i always have them out to break up the heavier food
edit bc i didn't see that you just wanted main dish suggestions... i would make a vegetarian lasagna, baked ziti, or crock pot chili. i say vegetarian because you don't have a vegetarian main course and it's always nice to give options.

I would do pulled pork in the crockpot with slider sized rolls and add coleslaw. I like the chili idea too but then you have to add bowls and spoons to the set up which makes things more complicated.
