Question if u have Elefun?
Are the butterflies supposed to come out fast....just got it for DS today and its taking forever for butterflies to pop out.
Wondering if i got a defective one.

Before I turn the switch to on I make sure that the nose of the elephant is open and roundish. I also shake it a little bit if it seems they are getting stuck.

dd got this for christmas, I have yet to try to change out the batteries but I will be exchanging it if the battery change doesnt help. we have the same issue as you.

Well ours is old but no they don't come out fast. If you open the trunk fully they come out faster but they do kind trickle out.

We ended up cutting his trunk down a little because it was taking forever. I think the trunk is too long for the little fan that pushes them out.
