There are tons of home remedies, but Ginger is usually a good first option. You can get candied or pickled or chop up some fresh to make a ginger tea.

Water with lemon helped me. As far as eating I was able to tolerate fruit, greek yogurt, instant oatmeal, bagels and cereal. Make sure you find things you can eat b/c sometimes an empty stomach can make you feel nauseated.

I had to commute on the RR and I honestly couldn't do it if I didn't have Zofran. I tried candies, sipped on drinks but in the end Zofran was the only thing that kept me from puking on the train......I did however puke in the parking lot and my car.
A tip - put bags in your purse. I used freezer zip locks and a gocery bag over it so the bag wouldnt be clear.

I know how you feel!
I've been eating all sorts of things. I find that plain things like bagels and crackers are helpful. I've also been craving fruit and juice.
Hang it there!

U really have to test things yourself. Many people told me lemons. So I tried them and it got worse. I bought ginger gum for the constant nausea and it tasted like I would imagine crap tastes like but it helped

Toast, toast, and more toast. That's really the only thing I was able to eat between weeks 5-7. I'm 9 weeks now and am slowly getting my appetite back for some things (I'm still having a problem with most things).
Ginger def. helps so maybe try that first. Many people have been telling me about some type of lollipop that is full of B12 which helps with nausea as well.
At this point if I don't eat semi frequently that's when I end up feeling/getting sick. Even if it's something small like pop tarts it helps.
Also, prior to pregnancy I didn't eat a well balanced died. At this point I'm eating whatever I can and whatever stays down. Even if it's chocolate cake I'll have that but with a glass of milk so I'm at least getting some nutrients.

Your dr will tell you what mine told me. Eat whatever you can get down. Your baby will be fine. Hope you feel better soon.

My dr. has me taking Unisom and B6. Talk to your doctor if it gets worse. I was loosing weight and unable to get off the couch. With pregnancy #1 jolly ranchers helped. This time around was so much worse

I am 7 weeks and my nausea started two weeks ago. I am living on seltzer and bagels. I actually attempted chicken noodle soup for a few days and now I can't stomach it! Each day is different for me. So I guess just try different things but always keep something in your stomach because I have noticed the nausea gets worse :(
