Am I ruining my breast milk??

So lately when I taste my breast milk (usually after I mixed with my 7 1/2 month olds oatmeal I noticed that it tastes strong sour type. But it was only stored in the fridge for 24 hours so far- has anyone had this issue? I never knew before I tasted it and now I'm worried about how it's storing. I use Lansinogh bags. I also am running to/from trains - am I ruining the milk when I run and it's being shaken in my pump bag? Oh no!

When I pumped at work I would put the milk in the freezer. It wouldn't be completely frozen by the time I left work but it stayed cold for my commute home from the city. Then I would put it in the fridge to be used the following day. I never had an issue with it going bad when I did this.

Do you use an icepack in the cooler you transport your milk in?

My milk couldn't be stored.
It had a bad taste to it.
Some people had written about this: some enzyme in breast milk that I may have a lot of.
