spotting

Hey everyone,

I am 5w5days pregnant. I had some spotting a few days ago (thurs) and started to freak out due to 3 previous miscarriages. Went to the doctor had blood work/ultrasound. My HCG was 14,000 and Progesterone 31. It was 1,000 on Monday so I am happy that my levels are going up. I have been cramping since I found out I was pregnant and just started with spotting. I have more blood work and an ultrasound on Friday. Has this happened to anyone else? Need some peace of mind. I wish I could just relax but I am so nervous I am going to miscarry again.

For what it's worth... I spotted most of my 1st trimester with my DS who is now 18 months. Ironically, I did not spot one bit with my most recent pregnancy which ended in miscarriage at 12 weeks (and everything was great up until then). So spotting is definitely not a sure sign of miscarriage.
