Quick question about 30 day shred
I just started it yesterday and would like to compete it in the 30 days. I am going to Florida for a long weekend next week. To stay on track I can do it before I leave on Thursday and then I would start the second round when I get home Sunday night. My issue is Friday and Saturday. I have no problem doing it while I'm away, but I obviously won't have weights. Do you think that's ok? Can I maybe use full water bottles instead? Or should I skip it those two days and add two more days when I get home before starting the second circuit?

I would take off 2 days...you may need the break! Have you done the videos before? I found them intense but I was just coming back after having a baby. I am on the 120 day shred plan lol. It took me a month to be able to do week 1 - I started out doing it 2-3x a week and now I incorporate week 2 and 3 and haven't even attempted week 4!

It took me a month to be able to do week 1 - I started out doing it 2-3x a week and now I incorporate week 2 and 3 and haven't even attempted week 4!
I already work out pretty regularly and have found the first level pretty easy- I'm on day 3. And in addition to the shred I work out 3-6 days a week. And I teach dance for a living.

i would plan to do it-and if no weights use the water bottles...a lot of the weight exercises on part 2 are planks and you use your body as resistance...i think of any exercise as better than none and it is only 20 min. if you skip it that is fine too!

Ok then I vote to do it at the hotel! I am curious to find out how you do - I may follow up with you! I usually run alot and lift weights at the gym but post baby I am doing these workouts 3x a week and incorporating running. However I am not doing them like you are suppose to (ie 6x a week) but I probably should!
