Activity for 9 month old?
DD is almost 9 months old.
We already have the Baby Einstein Jumperoo but need some other activity station for her to hang out in on her own - any suggestions?

We have an exersaucer, but in all honesty, my 8.5 month old DD doesn't want to be in anything anymore...she just wants to go, go, go!

I was thinking of buying the piano for DD for her 9 month birthday. Not that I buy toys for every month, but it's a new age milestones for toys - now she can get the 9 and up toys!

Activity for 9 month old?
I don't think I would spend the $$ on another activity station for that age since she will be moving soon - if she's not already.
Maybe get something like a music table? DS loves his!
For DS 1 - when we needed to contain him - we built a pen with gates so he could hang out and play with his toys.

DD is 9 months and we retired A LOT of her toys. Nothing keeps her attention for very long these days but this:

Activity for 9 month old?
We have the LNL home and music table in the links above and DD loves both at 10 months. She's not on the move yet (except for cruising but can't get to standing on her own yet) so I can sit her on the floor and she's not going anywhere.
If DC needs to be contained I would say a play yard or pnp with some toys is your best bet.

Ditto. She gets free roam of the house and couldn't care less about her actual toys... She'd rather play with paper, take out all the DVDs, pull up on the furniture... It keeps her busy.
