Anyone go there? I really need to get my a$$ moving... I'm looking to join the one in Bohemia, it's $1 to join and $16 per month. I believe the sale ends today.
My question is has anyone been there? if so what was your experience? I'm really looking to do the classes.

I've been to classes there and they are really good. I go there with my MIL bc she lives in that town. I joined Bayshore bc its closer to me and plan on going to Masspequa with a friend!
With the gold membership, you can go anywhere.
Plus, I did the No Contract so it's month to month
The classes are great in ll of them and some instructors work at all locations so you can follow a specific instructor if you really like their class.
People are friendly and everyone is there for the same reason. No clicky judgy-ness going on, kwim?

I use to goto the bohimea one about 4 years ago and i liked it. I love taking classes so LR really fit that i then moved and started going to the shirley location its smaller but alot of the same instructers over-all im happy with both. Although they seem to be doing a lot of "dance" type classes like zumba but its still a good workout once u learn the routine.

I know bay shore does. I don't remember if Bohemia does too I don't use it.

I joined LR recently and I love it so far! I went to the Dance Remix class on Monday and thought it was so fun! Time24, they offer child care. It's a dollar. Nothing fancy and I don't use it, but they have it!

I am a memeber & i love it! They have amazing classes but the location I go to is manhattan I go during my lunch break.

Love it at LR
I only take classes and do free weights though so i cant speak to the availbility of equipment etc
