Sorry if this has been asked before re:Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

How are the other books? It took me FOREVER to finish this book (it was on my Kindle) but once it started to pick up I couldn't put it down. Are the other two books about Lisbeth Salander or any of the characters from Dragon Tattoo?

Lisbeth is in all the books. They are just like the first one. I enjoyed them all and it ties all toghther in the last one.

The next books in the series have a faster pace throughout. I know a lot of people said they had a hard time getting into the first book, but I was hooked right off the bat. Still, if you enjoyed the mystery, keep reading the next two. They are very good. The third book in the trilogy is NOT in fact the final book. The author planned for the series to continue (I think maybe 6 books in total? Don't quote me on that.) but died before he could complete them. He did outline the next at least 2 books, but there's a huge legal battle going on as to who has the rights to the next books. He was never married but was with the same woman for many, many years. She would like to publish the remaining books based on his outlines, but his immediate family is trying to put a stop to it. I think they just don't want her to get any money from it. But it SUCKS! I want the story to continue. They are THAT good that I keep googling to hear if there's any news. So far, not so good.
