Aunt Flow!
I get severe cramping Day 1, Day 3 and Day 4!
My cycle lasts 6 days.
2nd Day my heaviest.
4th kills me like the 1st day.
Is this even normal?
UGH!!!!!!!

Thats not my normal but it could be yours. If AF is like that every month it is probably normal for you. If you have concerns you can always call your gyno.
