***FOSTER/ADOPTER NEEDED ASAP!!!***
Bonded sisters that survived unbelievable conditions are now in desperate need of a new foster or adopter. Please read their story, it is absolutely amazing and now they need our help to find them their "happily ever after".
Please share! Meet Thelma and Louise :) These two
amazing sisters are survivors! Thelma and Louise were
rescued by SNARR when we received a call about two
mama dogs living under an abandoned trailer with their 18 puppies! Thelma and Louise were such amazing mothers; they arrived to us emaciated, covered in bite marks from fighting off animals to save their puppies and infested with worms. Both Mommies shared the responsibility of eachother's puppies; so much so, that we couldnt even tell who belonged to who. These girls did everything to keep their 18 babies safe. Well their babies have since been weened and most of them have gone off to their forever homes. But Thelma and Louise are still here, waiting for that special family to adopt them. These girls are super sweet; extremely affectionate, AMAZING with children, and love other dogs and all people. They are EXTREMELY bonded to each other and we need to place them together. It is so heartwarming to watch these girls together; they are the same size ( about 50lbs), they walk in unison, sleep together and look out for each other. These two little warrior Mommies deserve their happy ending to be together in a home. They are currently located in NY. Thelma and Louise are approximately 2 years old, spayed, microchipped and UTD.
