opinions on my easter menu

I am hosting Easter for 9 people, just wanted to make sure that this seems like enough:

Tray of Baked Ziti (plain pasta for MIL)
Spiral Sliced Ham

Sides:
Mixed Veggies
Rice
SIL is making something with sweet potatoes
MIL is bringing bread

Dessert I will buy two different cakes.

Does this sound like enough or am I missing something?

Also how should I coordinate the timing of my oven, should I bake the ziti first, then take it out and put in the ham?

TIA!

I would probably also make a green salad, and of course some hot/cold apps! :)
I always precook my ziti and then reheat it for 30 mins before serving. Something about the way it serves is better than freshly cooked out of the oven.

Re: opinions on my easter menu

I would have another meat like a roasted chicken or chicken cutlets. Or even a big grilled and sliced London broil.

I mix in some meatballs with the pasta course

Def add a mixed green salad

I'd make two separate vegetables instead of mixed

Like String Beans and Corn on the Cob
