need opinions...how does this menu sound for Shaun's Christening party?

Shaun's Christening is Sept. 18 and he'll be baptized in the same church by the same Deacon that married DH and I 10 years agoChat Icon The party afterwards will be at my parents' house in the backyard. W have about 75 people coming and thats only family and a few close friends Chat Icon (thats what we get for being from large Italian families). There were many more people we wanted to invite but just couldn't.
Anyways the menu is as follows. Please tell me what you think:

-1.5 full trays Chicken Francese
-1 full tray eggplant rollatini
-1 full tray shrimp oregenata
-1 full tray baked ziti
-1 full tray penne rustica (penne in a pink cream sauce with chicken and spinach)
-1 full tray sausage and peppers
-1 full tray chicken tenders (for the kiddies)
-Large cold pasta salad w/ chick peas, veggies and pesto
-1 4ft Italian hero
-1 4ft American hero
- Large tossed salad

That's a lot of people Li!! We can't wait to celebrate with you guys!! Chat Icon Chat Icon

For that many people I would do a few extra trays of food. For Emerson's bday we only had about 50-55 people and I had 2 full trays of sausage and peppers and 2 full trays of penne ala vodka and a 6 ft hero and I had basically no food leftover. People ate a ton. I always say it's better to have too much than too little. Maybe add a few trays of pasta.

Sounds delicious Chat Icon !!!

I stink at estimating food ( I always get too much Chat Icon )

The one thing I can say from experience.....

With the Chix Francaise, ask the caterer (or whoever is making it) to cut the chicken into serving size pieces (bite size) if they aren't already..Easier to serve and goes further Chat Icon

If you "feel" like you need to *** something ( though I think it sounds like a good amount) you could do some rice pilaf ( inexpensive and goes nicely with the chix and S&P )

Also, some places don't slice the heros - so just double check Chat Icon
