need a new survey
Has anyone had to obtain a survey? Who did you use and how much did it cost?

I would recommend Albert W. Tay. I use him frequently and he is very experienced.
He can provide a quote specific to your needs but I find him to be very reasonable and competitive.

We used Gary Benz. He was professional, prompt and very reasonably priced. His prices are excellent compared to all others we spoke to. I highly recommend his services.
