How to announce #2
I know the easiest way to announce im pregnant with DC#2 would be with a shirt, but do you have any other creative ways to do it?

i had my DS announce that he was going to be a big brother.
I also saw a pic on pinterest of a little by holding up a sign that said "I am being promoted to Big Brother".

Look on youtube. I was just looking (yes I'm that bored, we're still one #1 and I'm still pregnant LOL) and they have some REALLY cute ideas on there on how to announce.

Thanks. I'm going to check this out.
I'll be about 10 weeks on Mother's Day and so I'm trying to hold out until then to announce it to our moms. Still want to find a special way to do it aside from that.

I am no help - we told our immediate family with the "Only Child Expiring May 2013" shirt. We told the extended family on Thanksgiving when we went around the table saying what we are thankful for - which was the same way we told them I was pregnant with DD1.
There is always the sonogram in the frame or a Mothers Day card from baby #2. Not so original though.

How to announce #2
We did the tshirt. I bought a blant tee and used fabric paint. It was quite a hit. Also how we announced at his daycare and a pic of DS wearing the shirt became my fb profile pic. No captions. Just the pic. Amazing how many people actually read what it said lol.

I am in the same boat! Will be around the same on Mother's Day and trying to hold out until then to tell. Looking for a specail way to announce #2! Will let you know if I find anything good

Maybe you can do something like I did for announcing #1. I had bought my parents a floral arrangement for Thanksgiving ( well, you can make it for Mothers Day, etc) and tucked inside the flowers I had a pink and a blue carnation tied together. See how long it takes for them to really look at the flowers lol.
