Re: lifetime ww quesiton
Don't feel too bad - I had been Lifetime for years, and finally went back to the meetings in January to find I was 21 lbs over my Lifetime goal (which was really about 8 lbs over my personal goal).
I did have to pay again - the policy is, as a LT member you have to weigh in at least once a month, and you need to be within 2 lbs of your goal weight. So if your goal is 140 lbs and you are 141.5, you still are free. But if you are more than 2 lbs over goal, you just keep paying until you get back down -- no matter how long it takes.
I bought the monthly pass when I started again in Jan. and have been weighing in weekly (if you plan to go weekly, the monthly pass will save you some money instead of paying for each week, but if you are only going to go sporadically, I'd just pay as you go). The other week, I got back down to within 2 lbs of my goal, and the receptionist gave me a code for free etools and said to call WW customer service to cancel my monthly pass since I am now entitled to free meetings and eTools. (Of course, I still need to make that call!) She said if I go back up a bit and am more than 2 lbs over the LT goal, I will just need to pay for that individual meeting (or however many it takes to get back down again).
