Pls help

So did you ever have like an anxiety attack or just feel overwhelmingly moody? Nothing made u happy? Rough day and hoping theres a trick. Had this once before in beginning and lasted hours so hoping for a quick fix

i'm having a lot of anxiety after the tragedy. i have to stop watching the news. my stomach hurts and i just feel so bad for the viticims. i'm trying to focus on my baby inside. it's the only thing to get my mind off of what happened. that's why i'm on this site and then next i'm gonna go to youtube to watch pregnancy videos.

Pls help

I deal with anxiety normally and just try to normalize the feeling. Pregnant or not there are so many reasons (or none at all) that can make a person anxious.
There's no quick fix for feeling like that. Just try to find things to distract you (music, movies, reading etc) and use those during the times of anxiety or just blah-ness.

Try to distract yourself with something (clean out a draw, put some music on)
Do some deep breathing
Maybe take a relaxing bath with a book.

Ive been getting like this a lot this pregnancy and these things seems to help.

This happens to me all the time. It's hard especially with all the hormones! Hang in there. When I feel this way I try to go outside and get fresh air or treat myself to something (small like fries or ice tea)
