I have the medium bar stone pan for my toaster oven and LOVE it.. great for quick meals. I also have the food chopper..EXCELLENT I use it all the time for veggies nuts chocolate ect goes right in the dishwasher. Also the meat chopper, pretty new its a wand with a star shaped bottom (black) that minces the meat for tacos..or eggs/tuna for salads (makes small minced pieces) even mashes potatoes ..I use that all the time..again toss right into dishwasher..Im a big fan, Im actually have a party in 2 weeks.

I just ordered the top for pots so they don't boil over. Didn't get it yet though. I also like the big measuring cup with a lid

you should be able to return it & get a new one no? Look on their website for warranty info.

The thing I use the most is the garlic slicer. I LOVE IT!!!!! Gets the garlic really thin and you don't have to worry about cutting your fingers off. The pizza stone is great too! LOVE pampered chef...

Re: Heading to a Pampered Chef party...again...
There's a jar opener -- it is white, mostly, and it can open the most difficult jars or bottles -- it is designed to fit pretty large like sauce jar to very small like a soda twist-top. I love it and I use it constantly when DH is not home to open stuff
Mixing bowls - I have the PC ones and a set from William-Sonoma and I love them.
My stone from PC I love and use all the time for everything from chicken to chocolate chip cookies.
My sister loves and swears by their can opener.
She also loves their ice cream scoop but I don't like ice cream so I never had a need.
ETA - oh the scissors!! How could I forget? They are really cool looking scissors that clip shut for safety - they are very sharp with a dual blade and they can cut everything from chicken breasts and any kind of meat into little pieces -- or medium pieces depending on what you are making -- or you can really slice them and make like a pulled pork consistency but it is SOOOO easy - all you have to do is just cut, like a pair of scissors, ONCE, or if you want smaller than 2/3 times, minced would be like 4/5 times - and in a FLASH you could go from chicken breasts, to chicken that would go in fajitas, to chicken salad!! It is fantastic! You can use this with veggies, things to make a salad - omg it is the easiest way to chop lettuce.
BEST THING EVER lol ask for the "meat cutting scissors" -- I would guess that's what they are called. They are like a slate gray color, they are really cool looking, double blade, the holder is like a regular scissor holder and it has a little red clippy safety thing that will HOLD it closed when not in use b/c those sheers are no joke! HTH!

Items I use regularly: garlic press pizza stone large bar stone cutting boards - they go right in the dishwasher pie server - it cuts and serves rolling pin adjustable measuring spoons cookie scoops - use it for everything - perfect when you need 1 tbsp butter out of a tub
I'm waiting on the mix 'n chop and the micro egg cooker.
