Hamburger Recipe
Anyone have a quick/easy homemade hamburger recipe--preferably for the grill?
Mine are always so dry, looking for some new ideas!

I use a stuff-a-burger press, which is so cheap to buy and worth it! I flavor my burger meat with worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thin slices of garlic. Then I sautee some onions and I will put that in the middle (the stuffing) of the burger and then I will put sauteed mushrooms and cheese on top. They are delicious and never dried out!

Hamburger Recipe
I will usually season with salt, pepper, ground onion, ground garlic & worcestershire sauce. Sometimes if I have in the house, I will use the Hidden valley Ranch Dressing mix.

Hamburger Recipe
I usually throw in some bbq sauce, franks hot sauce, minced onion, grill seasoning, salt and pepper.
