He is the BEST -- He came very highly recommended to me. Years ago, when buying our first home I had a HORRIBLE experience with a terrible lawyer. Then, when we sold that home in September, I really did my HW about finding a great lawyer b/c of my previous bad experience. Jim is excellent, he did the sale of that for us and is currently helping us with purchasing our next home. We are in contract and he's great b/c he is VERY easy to get in contact with, if he has to tell you something or update you it is 99% of the time HIM personally that calls you - not even a receptionist. He will call and just update me, even when he really doesn't "have" to - just to keep me informed. He's SO calm and deals with every hiccup in the CALMEST and most efficient way possible. I love him for that. I cannot recommend him enough.

Kristen Breglio, a vendor on this site, is a great real estate attorney. We've done many transactions together, and she is so responsive to her clients and really takes the time to go over every aspect of the transaction. She is very knowledgeable with great attention to detail.

We used Wendi Lindsey, a vendor on here. She is located in Centerport. She was awesome!
