spinoff to 30% off.... maternity clothes -- how much have you spent?
I feel like im going crazy buying tons of clothes. How much have you spent on maternity clothes for your first pregnancy?

Too much already!
I used birthday money and splurged on a pair of brand name jeans. I also bought 2 skirts, 2 dresses and a shirt.....but mostly on sale. So without the jeans about $150. But by the end of the day today that will probably double....

I have to say i'm pretty lucky. My friend at work and my sister have both given me TONS of clothes. Some that dont fit or just too old, but for the most part i think i've spent only 250.00 and that was mostly on work pants/bathing suit (stuff i didn't have). I think the further along i get i'll probably need some more stuff but up until this point I've lucked out! I can see that if i had nothing to start i would be spending a small fortune too!

I bought too many jeans, and silly me capris which don't seem to be getting much use yet with this weather!! I've probably spent $400-$500 between dresses, jeans, tops etc. (and one was for a wedding I'm going to in June, so that upped my total lol). I hope I can use a lot of this stuff for our next pregnancy!!

About $300 so far. I've bought:
2 jeans
1 pair of cargo pants
2 long leggings
2 Capri leggings
2 dresses
8 shirts
I think for the amount of clothes I bought, the $amount isn't that bad. I'm still going to have to buy shorts, a few capris, a bathing suit, and maybe a few more dresses and shirts.
My limit is $600 or so.
I don't feel too too bad because before this I hadn't bought 1 article of clothing in a good 6 months.
Everything except for the long leggings are from Destination Maternity.

WOW you girls are getting good deals. Where did you shop?
I bought:
Loft: $250
1 pair black pants
1 pair white jean crops
1 pair jeans
1 pair of jean crops
1 shirt
Old Navy: $350
Bathing Suit
2 tanks
7 tops
1 jean
1 jean crop
I had to order all of this bc no one carries maternity near me except Destination.
Im expecting to return half the pants to keep the half that fit best.

My favorite jeans I found amazingly at kohls... I say amazingly because they usually have nothing. They were regularly 60 and I got them on sale and then extra 30% off
I got a dress for 30 at dest maternity and a few shirts there as well.
Maybe 150 total

ahh I can't even put a price on it, I have no idea... but what I will say is I tend to get stuff on sale or from places like Old Navy  I haven't spent much, but bought a lot!

At almost 16 weeks, I've spent about 200. I am trying to spread it out since I need work and regular clothes to last me to October. I want to buy stuff that I can wear throughout the summer and into the fall. Plus I don't know what sizes to really order since I'm just starting to pop out and most of my pre-preg stuff still fits. I want to keep it under $500 when all is said and done, so we'll see.
ETA: My sister gave me her hand me downs which are more for everyday wear too.

I hear ya! I have done well so far with Target and Old Navy online - Old Navy *always* has either 20-30% off online orders so I've been getting stuff from there. The quality is fine, nothing special.

I was going to write "too much" but seeing your numbers makes me feel a lot better and I guess my answer is "pretty much what you girls on the higher end bought". I asked for gift cards for Christmas though so a lot of it was off of those. Then the other was trying to find a shower dress and keeping the dresses since I'm due in the summer anyway. I have been trying to find clothes that I can wear after I give birth too.

i have probally spent like $300 throughout my pregnancy. i spent like $150 for some winter stuff and about the same for some spring clothes that are barely fitting cause im due anyday!

I bought two pair of jeans and one shirt so far. It's only because I can't find anything in my size. 
I ordered some t shirts in an XS and am hoping they will fit!
I really need dresses for weddings and showers this summer.
