When were you "DONE" and when did you actually deliver?
I'm nearly 29 weeks and I can honestly say that I am getting to that point... I don't know how I'm going to continue on for the remainder of this pregnancy, and I know it's just going to get harder!
I have a c-section scheduled at 38 weeks and I pray that I make it that far bc I want to cook these babies as long as I can, but holy moly... the thought of being pregnant for another 9-10 weeks is just frightening!
When did you reach the DONE point and when did you actually deliver?

Embrace that you are pregnant! I know easier said then done. My girls were born at 30w+5 and the nicu journey is a rough one. I was put on strict bed rest at 27 weeks.

When were you
At 30 weeks, I started having intense anxiety & panic attacks about being a prisoner on my own body. You can search for some of my posts about how tortured I was. I knew it was worth it but it was horrible. I cried every day & counted the minutes. Even still, I was determined to make it to 38 weeks.
Everyone says you'll forget how bad it is but I swore I wouldn't. Well I do remember mentally but I can't remember the physical sensations. By 37 weeks, I was begging the dr to find a reason to deliver me a little early. I was beside myself when the hospital postponed my c-section. I wanted to sue them. Well I'm still traumatized but I made it to 38 weeks exactly. When my son went into the NICU after 2 days, I would've happily stayed pregnant for another month if I could spare him that. Hang in there & come here for support!

Re: When were you "DONE" and when did you actually deliver?
As much as I hurt from SPD and dspised bedrest and feeling like an invalid, I was never done. Id have to take a rest on the comfy couches at PB while shopping and would be in so much pain from my OB making me wait over an hour in the damn waiting room while on bedrest but i still wasnt "done". My personal goal was to make it to 36 weeks and I did. I kinda wish I made it another week.

Re: When were you "DONE" and when did you actually deliver?
Never got to feel "DONE". To this day I wish I could have kept them cooking longer.
Every day they are inside the womb is another day they are not in the NICU hooked up to machines.
I was on varying degrees of bedrest from 16w until my water broke at 31w6d and I delivered.
They had a 3 week NICU stay.
I wouldn't wish the NICU on anyone. Ever.

Re: When were you "DONE" and when did you actually deliver?
Thanks ladies!
I in no way want to deliver anytime soon, but I just can't believe how hard it has become this early! I'm a SAHM to a very active 2yo boy, so that is definitely making it much harder. I pray that they don't have to go to the NICU. Just the thought of it literally brings me to tears. I'd stay pregnant for a year if it meant they were healthy... I guess this was just a vent. It's been a rough couple of days.

This prettymuch exactly. I never felt done with being pregnant and wanted to keep them in as long as possible. I was however feeling mentally done with feeling like i was a prisoner in my own body, done with bed rest and done with my friends and family telling me "it's all worth it in the end", every single day. i was on moderate Bed rest beginning at 16 weeks, and an emergency cerclage at 24.5 weeks that put me on stricter bed rest. My water broke at 31wd6 (on my 30th birthday no less) and the next day at 32 weeks, i delivered my babies. They were in the NICU for 30 days and i also would wish that on no one ever. We all know it's rough, but hang in there

Re: When were you "DONE" and when did you actually deliver?
I'm going to add that I was done! And thankfully was naive as what could have been the outcome of 30w twins. They spent a month in the nicu. Separate hospitals for a few weeks, due to a surgery. They are happy healthy girls. They are delayed and receive pt. and one of them is speech delayed but not enough to qualify for services. I still don't wish the nicu on anyone, not that their providers were not amazing! But again I was DONE. Hugs mama and keep those babies cooking.

Re: When were you "DONE" and when did you actually deliver?
I was done at about 35 weeks. Luckily I delivered at 36 weeks. No complications and LARGE babies..can't imagine how big they would have been had I gone to my 38 week scheduled date or even 40 weeks.

Re: When were you "DONE" and when did you actually deliver?
I would say in the past 2 weeks I have been DONE!! I am 38 weeks tomorrow, and scheduled for my c/s. I started working from home full time at the end of March, so around 32 weeks or so...I was getting physically uncomfortable but I could still run to the store at lunch time, things like that. But the past few weeks, all I wanted to do was watch TV on the couch. I worked up until the end of my 36th week, was out on disability by 37 and delivering at 38! At this point my hips are numb, the babies are sitting on my bladder, I have sciatica and carpal tunnel, hands and feet are swollen, and up at least 4x a night to pee. DONE!

Re: When were you "DONE" and when did you actually deliver?
I was feeling pretty good throughout my entire pregnancy. Made it to 37w2d and was proud of myself for never being hospitalized prior or put on bedrest.
