Weird Pain in Side

I have a weird pain on my right side kind of down at the bottom of my ribs. It doesnt really hurt when I'm doing normal activities but the second I try to walk or run it's so painful, it feels like something is stabbing me or digging into me. I admittedly pushed through it the first week or so because I thought I was just cramping, but then I realized the it's still persisting and happening when DH & I were just walking around and sometimes happens when I just sitting. I hate to google things because I usually find out I'm dying or something lol but has anyone experienced this kind of pain before?

Does it happen when you are at rest or only with physical activity?
When I had gallbladder issues the pain was in my right side- underneath my right rib cage.
But if it's only when moving or working out, it might be muscular.

Im going through the exact same thing now, for the past 2 months. Mine is not aggravated by food. I've seen the dr., who sent me for a sono, everything looked ok. The next thing they said was to go for a HIDA scan (similar to MRI) but I am waiting on that to see if it improves on its own.
