DHA in prenatals
Does your prenatal vitamin had DHA? I've been taking rainbow light and the doc suggested I take a prescription prenatal with DHA.
The samples they gave me, the DHA is a separate pill are there any prenatals where you can just take one with both?

yes mine has DHA in it my doctor prescribed me some but then I found some over the counter prenatals with DHA that I have been taking the brand is Nature Made.

I take rainbow light complete and nordic naturals DHA

I take gnc prenatals with dha... It has no red dye which i read is not good for u.. Who knows tho

No, but I prefer to take DHA separately from Nordic Naturals, they are the best/purest quality.....my body apparently has problems absorbing nutrients, so I try to take the best forms out there.

CVS has their own brand that is plant based DHA and is always on sale BOGO. They come in 30 day supplies.

yes most do. but the samples I got had dye which I didnt want and one didnt prenate elite which i like but had no dha so I bought my own.
