Sleeping
My 6 year old daughter for the past few weeks has been waking up at 3am almost like a clock. Most nights I get up, retuck her in and she falls back asleep. This week, when she's woken up she wants to stay with her. If I don't, she keeps calling for me and I run the risk of waking up my 2 year old. So even if I stay with her shes been awake from 1-2 hours. I know I can't force her to sleep if she can't. And she's not actually being bad. She's just awake tossing and turning. I get up at 6 for work and its getting hard to be up for 2 hours during the night. Any suggestions. I know the right thing is for me to go in my room and let her keep calling me but I don't need2 children awake at 3am.

Re: Sleeping
DS does this sometimes. I often bring him in bed with me until he falls asleep, then I bring him back downstairs to his room.
Or sometimes just getting him a cup of milk helps.
I know some may disagree, but we let him watch TV too in his room. As long as he is not bothering us, I don't care.
