Recommend your AB dvd?
Abdominals have always been my weakness....after 3 kids my stomach is a wreck and I am sooo weak.
I have been trying to do strengthening on my own but I get lazy. I need something with a beginning and an end.
Anyone have an AB dvd they love?

Do you have diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles)?
It often happens with twin pregnancies. I have it.
And thinned out connective tissue, esp around belly button.
Crunches make it worse! And no planks before your core is more stable.
