Diamond Class Action
DO you remember that Diamond Class Action suit a few years ago I want to say?? I saw it on here or LIW. I really don't even remember the details but something about if you purchased a diamond between a certain time frame you were entitled to some sort of reimbursement. There was a lot of going back and forth if it was legit. I remember having second thoughts after filling out the claims form on line.
Well I got a check in the mail today from the Diamond Claims Administrator Did anyone else get anything??

I remember that also but I don't even know what address I used when I submitted it -- probably 2 apartments ago. lol

Yes but it was only five percent of the total claim. For me it should have been 45% so I feel rather ripped off. It was still a nice amount but no where near what was originally estimated.

According to one of the rate sheets there were percentages for different purchase prices and one for loose diamonds. From those percentages, I think they ended up calculating it as about 5% of those percentages.
