Natural miscarriage question

Hello Everyone

3 months ago I had an early miscarriage at 4 weeks 6 days. I was devastated and upset but my DH and I tried again right away.

On May 16th I was 6 weeks pregnant and had another miscarriage. My doctor seems to think it is most likely dumb luck and said in 5-6 weeks I can go for a blood pannel.

The first few days I had horrible cramps and by day 6 the bleeding has slowed down but has been spotting now for 3.5 weeks. My beta has been going down from 3000 and as of last Friday was 350. Yesterday I started cramping and bleeding heavily, and feels like AF. My question is if this is even possible to be AF? Or is it the grand finale of this miscarriage? I am waiting to hear back from doctors office but I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? Can you go from 350 to 0 in 3 days? Could I get my AF that quickly? Or do you really bleed for 3.5 weeks straight?

Im starting to get really worried. TIA

So sorry for your losses!
After I miscarried, I spotted for a full month, then got AF. It was incredibly heavy and I was so crampy - so I would assume that's your AF.

It's most likely NOT AF, I didn't get AF until 2 or 3 weeks after my level got below 10, and I was about 6 weeks preggo when I had my MC. I had a grand total of about 3 weeks of spotting/bleeding in various amounts.

Thanks ladies my doctor called back and def not AF, they said this happens and expect cramping worse than AF. Sooo frustrating , I'm going on four weeks here! I just want to go back to normal

I had 2 natural m/c's (both in 2009). The second one was very bad. The m/c started on 10/14 and lasted about 4 days. After that, I continued to bleed. The bleeding seemed to be subsiding (turning brown) and then it started up again on 11/1. I bled red blood until 12/21. And then to add insult to injury, I got AF on 12/24 (which was also the EDD for my first m/c). My Drs monitored by beta and iron levels throughout this time. Their only answer was that this happens sometimes.

I did not have a natural MC, but i did have a D&C- 8 weeks later i am still waiting for AF.
MY re did advise me that she would not show up until my levels were 0
currently they are at 10

Thanks, I just really don't understand why all of a sudden I am bleeding so heavily, heavier than I initially was now almost four weeks later. It just reminds me and is making me so sad when I was trying to move on, stay positive and heal.

Thanks Ladies, to update I got my blood tested thursday morning for my beta and to see if the RH antigen was still in my blood as I got it for the first MC in March since I am RH negative and it was running out.
I was still bleeding heavily so they had me come in and get the shot, but everything else was normal. I guess it was my body getting rid of everything else cuz my beta level came back at 11.

Hopefully I can move on now, I m getting tested on Wednesday for my beta and hopefully if it is at 0, I can go for my blood pannel tests on Thursday or Friday.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get back those results?

I dont think it is AF. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. I heard it can take 5-6 weeks for AF to come back. 2.5 weeks later and still nothing.

I had light and heavy bleeding on and off after my MC. I remember thinking on a particularly heavy day that it may have been AF but then after 2 days it stopped. Usually AF will take at least 4 weeks to reappear.

Four weeks from when your beta is back at 0 or four weeks from when you begin bleeding.
Tomorrow I will be at 5 weeks. I am getting tested tomm, morning, I am hoping it went down!!
Who woulda I thought I would be so excited? I just want this to move on so we can try again and I can go get tested to see if anything is wrong and go from there.

I am going on 9 weeks of waiting for my beta to drop and AF to show
my RE said that AF can come anytime after your levels are back to 0
some it happens right away and some can take another 4 weeks

Booo, I need to take up a new hobby. After my first mc AF showed up 3 weeks later. I guess it's ok, I can't be actively TTC when I get my blood panel taken
