Easy Sugar Cookies
I'm trying to make sugar cookies with royal icing for my DD's first birthday. Anyone have any good recipes or links they post for this?

That's a link to the sugar cookie recipe, but under recipes there's a recipe for royal icing, too. Royal icing is really easy actually- there's pretty much no way you can mess it up- if it's too thin add more powdered sugar, too thick more water. Sugarbelle has GREAT tips on how to make sure you're getting the right consistency. There's also a royal icing recipe in the lid of the can of Wilton meringue powder (which you will need).
