portable blender for protein shakes
can anyone recommend a portable/battery operated blender for mixing protein shakes or smoothies, i need it to be able to crush a little bit of ice.
i find the drinks terrible without the ice crushed into it
i am going to be out all next week with my dds and need to be able to make my lunch drink while on the go so i can't plug anything in.

I used to have the problem that my ice would melt...then I started using a thermos. It's kind of like this one. I got it at Target and it keeps my protein shake ice cold for hours. The ice is still in ice form- it works so well!!

I make mine about 530 every morning and stick it in the freezer until 6 (when I leave for work).
I then wrap it in tinfoil, and it usually is pretty good until about 830.
