I have been a member at Xsport and Lucille Roberts. I really liked the classes at LR but not sure if i should join again. I'm not into yoga or Zumba but I do like kickboxing type classes and pilates. Just really like the motivation of classes. Any recs?

Re: Classes near Massapequa?

I haven't gone, but I'm dying to try kickboxing.

I believe there's a place in Copiague on Sunrise called "CXO" or something like that.

I know some people on here have given it good reviews.

I also hear good things about Crossfit. I know there's one on Merrick Rd. in Amityville.

That Crossft is my gym. It's AMAZING. The workouts are different and challenging every single day.

THey have free classes on Saturday and I go at 9 am every Saturday. I"d love for a bunch of you to come try it and then I'd get to meet you all.

Is it really crowded bc it is free on sat am?
Also how much does it cost to join if I like it?

My crossfit is 100 a month but worth at least double that. The Saturday classes are not over packed. It is on Merrick Road about a 1/4 mile West of Route 110

They were talking about the crossfit recently on the FB Amityville mom's group.
