Classes for toddlers near massapequa
We just moved back to LI, & I am looking for some classes for dd. She is 21 mths. We did gymboree where we use to live but it is more expemsive here & I didnt love the plainview location. We tried little gym too but their equipment is a little to advanced for dd. What else is out there? Anything like this? Music or art are great too. I want to do a bunch of trials til we find a good fit. Tia!

Re: Classes for toddlers near massapequa
I live in Massapequa and the things we have done were Music Together (they have it in Massapequa but I liked the Bellmore location better) and we also have gone to My Gym in West Babylon (you get the 1 class per week plus he has 3 open plays per week too).
I also love the Massapequa Library for their classes.

I was actually going to check out the library, but I didn't know if they had anything for 6 month olds.

Re: Classes for toddlers near massapequa
There are Music Together classes. I took the one in Bellmore, but I'm pretty sure there's one in Massapequa too. DS was very young (only 4 months old) but he LOVED it. We are definitely going to do it again in the summer.
Right now we are doing Gymboree in the Source Mall and Saf-T-Swim in Bellmore.
I know my friends who have kids older then mine go to La Play Cafe in Merrick for open play time.

Re: Classes for toddlers near massapequa
I also forgot, if you are a non-working mom the local libraries have these free classes called Play Hooray. I work so I haven't gone to any, but my SAHM friends have and said they were great. You can google Play Hooray for their calendar. They do offer classes on weekends too. Call you library to register ahead of time.
