organic bread/ sprouted bread

What is your favorite brand? I use vermont organic wheat bread from fairway but it has soy and Ascorbic Acid which I am trying to avoid in my diet. If you use sprouted bread, does it toast well? I tried it once and it crumbled. Thanks

we've tried Ezekiel

it toasted nicely. but honestly, i'm not a fan. it was just too dense for me.

there is a brand at fairway called bread alone...one of the types (whole wheat catskill or something??) literally only has 4 or so ingredients - whole wheat flour, oats, water yeast - and maybe honey but can't remember.

I'm a big fan of Ezekiel bread!!!! I also get quinoa bread from trader joes

Love Ezekiel - one slice toasted with humus and sliced cucumbers is very filling for lunch, or with peanut butter and sliced banana before a morning workout both work great for me.

I love Ezekiel (the sesame one!), but it has sprouted soybeans. Bread for Life does make a soy free bread though- not sure which one.
