Re: Washing bottles in hotel room in vacation.
I've brought a roll of paper towels and bottle brush with soap. You can also bring a dish drying mat to keep by sink. Hotels gross me out too and it is a bit annoying. The first time we went to disney though I decided to try playtex drop-ins and that was much easier to deal with!!!

Re: Washing bottles in hotel room in vacation.
Most rooms have coffee pots in them. I make a pot (without coffee) so that I had boiling water and then I would clean the bottles with the boiling water and dishsoap.

I buy the RTF 8oz bottles when we go away so I don't have to wash them.
This is what we did too.
Yep! 8 oz of RTF and we just washed nipples in the sink.
I might do this. 24 will get us through and I'll bring some powder and 2 bottles in case. I need to find extra nipples though. Unless I can bring nipples and keep the ring they give.

I don't buy or bring extra bottles, I just wash them in the sink with the soap and brush I bring from home.
Same here, I never even thought twice about it. I wouldn't soak her bottles anyway so they would never even touch the sink.

We were able to use the playtex ventaire nipples and I think the ventaire rings - screwed right onto the similac rtf bottles.
