Floor Refinishers
We need to refinish the floors in 3 bedrooms, and also lay down wood floor in the master, and stain it. Anyone have recommendations on floor re finishers?
DH wants to do it himself, but I'd rather hire someone if it's reasonable...

Any other recommendations?
Also, for those of you that replaced, not refinished, were you able to purchase your own flooring and have it installed or did you need to purchase through the hardwood floor company?
