Babysitter
How does one go about finding a babysitter for evening nights out 3-4 hours on a Friday/Saturday evening? Any suggestions would be helpful.

so far it has been grandparents, my sister, best friend and cousin.
I am going to take the phone number of one of DS's day care teachers... she so so great with him, babysits outside of daycare and knows him and is schedule so it seems like the perfect back-up plan! She was definitely interested in doing it!

I'm using a girl from DD's daycare when family is unavailable. If I didn't have that option, I would have asked one of my good friends who lives nearby to recommend someone who she has used. I like having a back up plan so that we're not always asking my MIL.
